使用說(shuō)明
（一）顎式破碎機(jī)起動(dòng)前的準(zhǔn)備工作
1、應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查軸承的潤(rùn)滑情況是否良好，軸承內(nèi)肘板連接處是否有足夠的潤(rùn)滑脂。
2、應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查所有的緊固件是否完全緊固。
3、防護(hù)裝置是否良好，發(fā)現(xiàn)不安全現(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即消除之。
4、檢查破碎腔內(nèi)有無(wú)礦石或其他雜物，如有則應(yīng)立即消除。
（二）顎式破碎機(jī)的起動(dòng)
1、經(jīng)檢查、證明機(jī)器與傳動(dòng)部分情況正常，始可起動(dòng)。
2、本機(jī)只能在無(wú)負(fù)荷情況下起動(dòng)。
3、起動(dòng)后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)有不正常的情況時(shí)，應(yīng)立即停車(chē)，待查明原因排除隱患，方可再次起動(dòng)。
（三）顎式破碎機(jī)的維護(hù)和使用
1、破碎機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，方可投料。
2、待破碎材料應(yīng)均勻地加入破碎腔內(nèi)，并應(yīng)避免側(cè)面加料，防止負(fù)荷突變或單邊突增。
3、在正常工作情況下，軸承的溫升不應(yīng)超過(guò)35℃，溫度不得超過(guò)70℃，否則應(yīng)立即停車(chē)，查明原因加以消除。
4、停車(chē)前，應(yīng)先停止加料，待破碎腔內(nèi)被破碎物料完全排空后，方可關(guān)閉電機(jī)。
（四）顎式破碎機(jī)的潤(rùn)滑
1、經(jīng)常注意及時(shí)做好磨擦面的潤(rùn)滑工作，可保證機(jī)器的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和延長(zhǎng)使用壽命。
2、本機(jī)采用的潤(rùn)滑脂，應(yīng)根據(jù)使用地點(diǎn)、氣溫等條件來(lái)決定，一般可采用鈣基、鈉基或鈣鈉基潤(rùn)滑脂。
3、加入軸承座的潤(rùn)滑脂為其容積的50－70%，每三個(gè)月必須更換一次；換新油時(shí)必須用干凈的汽油或煤油清洗軸承與軸承座內(nèi)污物。
4、肘板與肘板墊接觸處在機(jī)器開(kāi)動(dòng)前，必須加入潤(rùn)滑脂。

2. All fasteners should be carefully checked for complete tightness.
3. Whether the protective device is in good condition and any unsafe phenomena should be immediately eliminated.
4. Check if there are any ores or other debris in the crushing chamber, and eliminate them immediately if there are.
（2） Starting of jaw crusher
1. Only after inspection and verification that the machine and transmission parts are in normal condition can it be started.
2. This machine can only be started under no-load conditions.
3. After starting, if any abnormal situation is found, the vehicle should be stopped immediately and the cause should be identified and hidden dangers eliminated before starting again.
（3） Maintenance and use of jaw crusher
1. The crusher can only be fed after normal operation.
2. The material to be crushed should be evenly added into the crushing chamber, and side feeding should be avoided to prevent sudden load changes or unilateral increases.
3. Under normal working conditions, the temperature rise of the bearing should not exceed 35 ℃, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ℃. Otherwise, the vehicle should be stopped immediately, and the cause should be identified and eliminated.
4. Before parking, the feeding should be stopped first, and the motor can only be turned off after the crushed material in the crushing chamber is completely emptied.
（4） Lubrication of jaw crusher
1. Regularly paying attention to timely lubricating the friction surface can ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend its service life.
2. The lubricating grease used in this machine should be determined according to the usage location, temperature, and other conditions. Generally, calcium based, sodium based, or calcium sodium based lubricating grease can be used.
3. The lubricating grease added to the bearing seat is 50-70% of its volume and must be replaced every three months; When changing the oil, clean gasoline or kerosene must be used to clean the dirt inside the bearings and bearing seats.
4. Before starting the machine, lubricating grease must be added to the contact area between the elbow plate and the elbow pad.
