電容儲能點焊機產(chǎn)品特點
1.電網(wǎng)容量需求低，對電網(wǎng)沖擊小/Low demand and less impact on power gride
同樣的焊接能力下，儲能點焊機只需要交流點焊機的1/5以下的容量，中頻焊機1/3左右的容量。
Under the same welding capacity.the stored-energy spot welder only needs less than 1/5 capacty as that ot an AC spot welder and about 1/3 capacity as that of a medium-freguency welder.

焊接熱量波動在1%內(nèi)，焊接品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定可靠。

焊接放電時間在10ms左右，工件表面不變色，熔核區(qū)域外變形小。

主變壓器不需要通水冷卻，不會因為連續(xù)長時間焊接而過熱，可以節(jié)省大量的冷卻水資源。
