（單作用常開式）當氣源進入氣缸控制腔，隔膜下壓，關閉閥門通道，當氣缸控制腔無氣源壓力時，隔膜上升，閥門通道被打開 (Single acting normally open type) When the air source enters the cylinder control chamber, the diaphragm is pressed down and the valve passage is closed. When there is no air source pressure in the cylinder control chamber, the diaphragm rises and the valve passage is opened
